(17:48) The INTENTION: How can you replace the habit, but keep the intention?
(19:47) The WILL: Why must this change? What must I change to?
(20:18) Immediate action steps, to make yourself SOLD!

(21:43) Step 2: Start small
(22:22) Step 3: Explore other options that give you the same feeling like your old habit
