You’re at the free throw line with one second left. Your team is down by one, and you’re down to your last shot. Who wins: you, or your nerves? Pressure can make you scared, weak, and timid (if ignored). It can break you down, and you’ll want to quit. In today’s episode, I take you through the fire to target your biggest pressure points and conquer them.
