Your beliefs will determine the way you think, which will determine the way you act. Today’s episode is an exercise I use with my clients, involving the “B.E.A.R.” mentality. Your full focus and energy in this exercise will bring you out of any slump, to redirect you on the right path to your success. Don’t say you don’t believe it till you try it! Let’s GO.

(8:30) Changing your beliefs, step 4: What is the result that you REALLY want?

(9:13) Changing your beliefs, step 6: What would you have to believe, in order to feel THIS way?

(9:45) Changing your beliefs, step 7: VISUALIZE! What would it look like (in detail), if you really believed these things?

(10:39) Our conscious mind decides; the subconscious mind carries out the orders.
