Anytime we see the success we crave, we begin to think that it happened overnight, and this can lead to chronic feeling of frustration, and even envy. In this episode, I share with you a clip from a J. Cole concert, where he takes a short break in order to drop some wisdom on the crowd. He helps to put things into perspective, and shows why he is also one of the wisest and smartest emcees in the game. #BARS

Do you struggle with the “Imposter” syndrome? Habitual feelings of “unworthiness", that lead to self-sabotage, procrastination and undervaluing who you are and what you do? Confidence before you’ve “earned” it is essential, because everything must have a start.

Listen to these affirmations to give you a visceral feeling of worthiness and confidence, and watch how these feelings will lead to bolder actions and a surge of self-confidence.

You know you need to meditate... but you still struggle to do it every day. I can relate. Malcolm X was known for his fearlessness and bold mentality, and is someone who absolutely embodies the I'm Not You spirit. While he is no longer here with us physically, his words remain just as relevant today as they were in the 60's, and they have an even broader appeal. Listen and see if you can take the Malcolm X approach to your goals, society's pressure, and your old tired mindsets. #BARS

How far away does your goal feel like? To go after “Ambitious goals”, this means you have to deal with the pain that comes from being “far away”. This leads to feelings of apathy, failure, and lack of urgency. This can also breed a feeling of “who cares….will I ever make it?”

Any goal worth having takes time. Listen and let these affirmations bleed into your subconscious and create feelings of confidence and control.

In this debut mental conditioning series, I show you how to design your new dominant mindset by challenging negative beliefs with strategic and tactical affirmations. What happens when you set a goal, only to fall short again and again? What feelings show up for you? If you're not careful, you will develop feelings of failure and disappointment, and this will lead to more of the same. We must learn how to take control of our own minds, and condition the right emotions. I walk you through how to create your own "G-Code" -your mindset - in a way that feels good. Enjoy, and use this tool over and over in order to condition your mind. Take this tool seriously; as it is wildly effective. You will enjoy how you feel afterwards. Make sure to listen while sitting still. No driving while listening. (There is a hypnosis prompt before the track starts.) #GCode

It's easier to hear advice about how to "be the best" from someone who isn't that....but what about when you hear it from someone who is the best? In this episode, I break down a clip from a Draymond Green interview where he explicitly breaks down his mentality towards being "great", which has become somewhat of a cliche....but Draymond removes the vagueness and highlights what he truly believes. #InterviewBars

There's this idea going around that you can't accomplish more than one "big" goal at a time, and you need to focus on only one area of life at a time. Hmmmmmm. My experience says otherwise, and in this episode, I want to show you how to go about making big things happen in more than one area of your life, at the same time.
