Today, I talk with long-distance running expert Denny "Diz" Krahe. Alright, I admit... By this point, you probably know that running isn't necessarily my expertise... However, I've picked up some excellent advice from Diz that I'm definitely putting into practice for when I lace up my shoes for my next run. Running long distances takes a hell of a mindset to push yourself to keep going. If you're listening to our convo today, and you're a runner, you're in for a treat. Some Questions I Ask:
