I've noticed a trend with extremely rich and "successful" people. They think big; meaning they have incredible vision. But they match this "dreaming" quality with extreme and cutting practicality...an ability to see what's true that is superior to the average person. Most people ignore what's true, because what is true causes pain and confusion. In John Rockefeller's book, he explains why it's so crucial that you always pay attention and see things as they are.
This is a throwback of an episode released almost 2 years ago, after realizing how soft most men are. I recorded it as a wake up call for myself, my peers and anyone who claims they want to lead. If you've heard it before, listen again. If this is your first time, remember that pain is a prerequisite for growth.
To get you prepared for our next “Film Room” series, here’s a throwback to one of our episodes on Floyd Mayweather’s mindset. Enjoy!

If you're anything like me, you've noticed that travel can sometimes overwhelm you and lead to poor decision making (that cinnabon at the airport, extra bags of peanuts on the airplane, snooze button at the hotel). I figured out why, and I created a system for how to reduce this. Check it out in todays "Up On Game" episode.
