In this episode, I break down a powerful Nipsey Hussle lyric that proves that you can do just about anything you set your mind to. #Bars

We are taught that pain is bad, and our trauma "shouldn't have happened". What if I told you that your trauma and pain can actually be the things that make you come alive? All of us, at some point or another, get "stuck" in life. We lose momentum, clarity and motivation. In this episode I share with you a simple formula, in a series of questions, designed specifically to generate that tangible momentum we all need. This is a prerequisite for accomplishing what we want, at a very high level.

Your mindset is everything... It determines what you do, how you respond, and ultimately what results you get.

What comprises your “mindset” is a series and combination of what I call “mentalities”. If your mindset is your wardrobe, your mentalities represent the many outfits you own and can deploy at any given moment.

Most are rigid, and have only 1-2 outfits. This leaves them stuck, frustrated and without hope in the face of so many of life’s circumstances.

So many are spoiled and want things to be given to them, that when things aren't, they complain. Take a look at social media... critics... trolls... fans... they love to complain, and demand more from those they watch. Aside from these people... you most likely do this as well. I want to show you how to identify when you're being entitled. I'll show you how to develop the mentality of a true boss; one who takes responsibility for everything.

For some reason, people love to call themselves perfectionists… This mentality would assume that what you do should indeed be perfect, so what does that say about your opinion of yourself? In this episode, I show you the logic behind why this mentality fails you, and what to replace it with instead.

We love to celebrate when something great happens, yet we mope when something “bad” happens… Compare this mentality to someone who eats sugar all the time… their blood sugar spikes and drops repeatedly, creating a dangerous pattern of existence. Instead, we need to be steady and calm, riding the inevitable waves. Today, I show you how to build this mentality.

This mentality is dangerous. Humans love to feel sorry for themselves, because it garners sympathy. However, sympathy gets you no further towards your goals. In this episode, I break down how to get rid of this mentality and replace it with one of a beast.

Throwing it back to our "How to deal with anxiety" episode!

"There will be no shortage of negative emotions that show up for you on your way to domination.....your job is to recognize it, and proceed with appropriate action. The problem, is that most of the time we listen to the lies of our emotions. In this episode, I break down the signals of these emotions and how you can use anxiety to grow."

It's only right that we throw this one back as we continue to work from home.

"In this episode I show you a tool I use to allow me to watch sports and movies without being a slave to corny television; burning all sorts of time on horrible shows, and getting abused by these cable companies." #UpOnGame

Throwing it back to a major #Bars episode from one of the greatest... Nas

"If your desire is to be an influencer and lead people to a new reality, you will be challenged... with your past conditioning; people who don't agree; and the resistance of old patterns in those you lead.

That's why Nas' lyric in this song hits so close to home. You must take on the attitude of Nas, and be "oblivious to your skeptics".

This song is on heavy rotation, take a listen." #BARS

Throwing it back to our "Recipe for Domination" episode!

"There's a certain state of mind that one has to get into, once there's a certain result that has to be accomplished. The process isn't pretty, and it's not about balance; it's about sheer will... and it comes at a cost. Sacrifices will have to be made. It's about dominating at a different level, and few know what that looks like. In this episode, I break down that mindset."
