G.P.S. stands for goal, purpose, strategy; and in THAT order. I’ve noticed that most entrepreneurs and athletes that I work with, jump straight into the strategy—without properly setting the GOAL/OUTCOME first. This is critical man… so critical, that I’d like to feature a personal story I’ve shared with my clients in one of our group meeting calls.
