In this episode, I chat with University of Oregon Track Athlete (triple jumper) and I'm Not You Athlete Chance Whitehurst. This kid is a junior in college and is very much in tune with his goals and the direction he's headed. In this interview, we talk about:

-How he stays motivated when others aren't
-The 3 things he would tell any athlete preparing to go from high school to college
-Why he tells his goals to EVERYONE
-How he deals with anxiety and overwhelm
-What he tells people at parties when they ask him to drink

You will be surprised at the wisdom that this kid has, and his commitment to excellence. He has taken the "I'm Not You" mindset and really applied it. If you are wondering what success really looks like a college athlete, listen to Chance.

If you're interested in having me as your coach and learning the same techniques that Chance applies to his life to make him a successful athlete, go to imnotyou.com/src to book a free coaching session and secure me as your coach.

In this episode, I break down a dynamic and powerful technique for visualizing. This is the same technique used by Olympians and pro athletes all around the world, to accomplish big-time results. Stay tuned to the end of this episode, where I take you through this very exercise.

This is a POWERFUL exercise, and you can use it before games and practices to help take your game and performances to the next level.

In this episode, I interview Dylan Leonard, a freshman basketball player at Cal State San Bernardino. We talk about what has made him successful, what he struggles with most, how visualization has changed his career, and why he used to blame his coaches for his lack of success. This kid earned himself a scholarship on his own, and plays at a high level with type 2 diabetes. He's an example of what it means to have the I'm Not You mentality.

Dylan is one of my favorite athletes that I work with in my Sports Results Coaching program, where I coach and train athletes how to develop the habits, the strategies and mindset necessary to DOMINATE. If you are interested in having me as your coach and seeing the results that Dylan has been able to see, go to imnotyou.com/src.

What do you do before every game? Is it random, or do you know exactly how to get yourself prepared for games and practices?

Dominant players always have habits, and a very specific set of habits they have is a pre game ritual,  set of things they do in a specific order to ensure consistency and success.

Listen to this episode to find out what you need to do each practce and game to have your best game.

Do you struggle with teammates who are unmotivated and don't inspire you to do better?

Do you often wish you had teammates who were as committed as you were, and would actually push you to be better as opposed to holding you back?

In this episode, I break down exactly how to deal with those teammates, and the best way to be a LEADER instead of a follower.
