Life can be a little unforgiving at times, and we are hit with situations that are all the way out of our control, and the side effect can be depression. I went through a period of about a month (just this year) where I dealt with feelings of depression. In this episode, I show you what actually worked for me, and what I learned about how to handle this crippling emotion.

I had a lot of fun recording this, as I made sure to not hold anything back...You may have a difficult time hearing parts of it, but it's the truth as I see it. There are no "easy" steps to become the level of tough you need to be. It's difficult, and that's ok. But you must be aware of how to do it, and you need to be woken up. Today's the day - a valuable gift for the select few. Merry Christmas!
