The power and purpose of facing reality, and constantly accepting “what is” is defined by Indian philosopher Jiddu Krishnamurti. In this episode, I break down a quote in play-by-play fashion, and show you how this skill will alter your life forever. #BARS

Too many people wait for the right time…. only to find themselves waiting forever. You do not know how much time you have on this earth, so it serves you to take on Nipsey Hussle's mentality; to move now. He illustrates this mentality in his song “Perfect Timing”. #BARS

Taking it back to Niyi's episode released just days after Kobe Bryant's passing...

We lost a legend and icon in Kobe Bryant. He had a tremendously powerful impact as a human, a father, a business leader and ruthless competitor.

In this tribute, I challenge you to ask yourself what Kobe would want you to do following his death.

You've been holding onto this "vision" for so long, yet you keep seeing the same results over and over. What's worse is that you seem to "know" you need to change, but you're taking no action.

In this episode, I show you how you can take that vision and make that into a real standard....how to make your current standard old news, and to keep growing.

I lay out the details in a how-to format, covering key points like... what to do when you come across obstacles, and the reality of what it looks like to actually create new standards in wealth, skill, health, and relationships.

Your morning routine can be likened to a wardrobe... What’s in it should reflect the nature, style, and preference of the individual. However, just like something as subjective as clothing, there are some Major Keys that every fly individual should have readily available in their closet. In today's episode, I show you the 7 habits that you must make sure to incorporate to your morning routine, no matter your personality type or style. While we don’t want our routines to all look the same (like a catholic private school dress code), we also want to make sure we follow some key fundamentals. There are 7 MUSTS, and I break them down simply in this episode.

It’s one thing to have a great routine you’ve mapped out... but it’s a totally different thing to actually wake up when you said you would.

Even the most well intentioned, motivated "killas" find themselves hitting snooze, sleeping through their alarm clock, or even going to sleep with their phone next to their bed (this is a no-no).

In today's installment of DTM , I show you my fail proof method for waking up on time, each morning, regardless of what happened the night before.

Time Stamps:
(0:49) Preface to today's episode
(5:47) DO: Establish motivation
(7:00) The DO's and DON'Ts

This is the first installment of a 4-part series, where I will be teaching you how to truly DOMINATE the morning. You of course know (intellectually at the least), the importance of morning routines. You have been beaten over the head with lame, static, outdated advice; only serving to frustrate and interrupt your morning flow even more.

That frustration ends TODAY. I show you the mindset and strategy behind truly dominant morning routines, and begin laying down the foundation for you to create a dominant morning routine yourself.

Time Stamps
(0:49) Preface to today's episode
(8:50) The practical value of a morning routine
(18:46) Major keys and fundamentals

One of the most valuable things I have learned throughout my many years in the “jungle”, is the practical value of having the right systems and habits. One cannot rely only on motivation, and surely it’s not smart to rely on the goodwill and strength of those around you. This is a recipe to be repeatedly let down. In the finale of the Do-Over series, I break down the importance of habits and systems, and I share a powerful system to create plans for goals that are so simple and effective that you will use it weekly and even daily.

There are any athletes who get themselves scared and anxious about the idea of “burning out”....am I done too much? Should I take a rest?

In this classic MJ interview, Arsenio Hall asks him about whether or not he worries about his body giving out. Michael Jordan has the perfect response.
