Have you ever had an injury?

How do you handle it?

In this episode, I show you some specific things you should do when you are dealing with an injury, and also some very specific things you should NOT do.

If you are going to come back from this injury stronger and more durable, you MUST be aggressive and focused. This episode shows you how to do that.

In this episode, I interview 14-year-old best selling author, motivator, entrepreneur and life coach Caleb Maddix.

What you will hear in this interview will be nothing like you've heard before. This kid is highly motivated, extremely bright, and absolutely fearless when it comes to success. He has done more in his 14 years of living than most even dream about, and he has no intention of stopping.

In our convo, he talks about what holds most people back from achieving the success they want, his philosophy on ENERGY, time and money.

He also shares some incredible stories and examples of ways he has been able to succeed at such a young age. Caleb lives and breathes the "I'm Not You" mindset.

What does your body need more than anything?

What can you not live without?

O2. Oxygen. Air.

Most of us don't breathe correctly, and we definitely don't when we are in pressure situations and under stress.

This simple breathing exercise will dramatically reduce stress, and help you give your body what it needs most.

What is the mindset of a true SUPERSTAR?

How do the best athletes in the word think?

In this episode, I break down the #GCODE of the I'm Not You athlete. The #GCode is your belief system, your philosophy, the way you think.

Everything you think and believe leads to how you feel.

How you feel leads to what you do and how you do it.

What you do leads to what you get.

If you want to experience different results, you must think and feel like a champion.

In this episode, I show you how.

Mar 4, 2016

Do you struggle with confidence?

Do get down on yourself for making mistakes?

Do you wish you could have the confidence of a superstar athlete?

In this episode, I show you how to double your confidence with the simple principle of positive reinforcement. You can use the same techniques that dog and dolphins trainers use so that you can increase confidence and get yourself to do the things that you need to do.

Confidence is something that can be cultivated, trained and conditioned. Learn how to do that in a simple way in this podcast episode.

In this episode, I share 3 books that I believe every athlete must read, and the same books that changed my life. I read a lot, and I believe it is one of the most beneficial habits an athlete can have.

I also share some tips on how to incorporate reading into your schedule, and how to make sure you develop the strong habit of reading.

Feb 26, 2016

In this episode, I break down specific ways to dominate in a tryout. I've seen too may athletes work their tails off, only to get mediocre results when it comes to tryout.

I don't want that to be you. I want you to be able to show up when it's time, and show these coaches and scouts what you really are made of.

In order to do that, you've got to make sure you have these things covered.

Feb 19, 2016

In this episode, I show athletes how to strategically and effectively break down each day to get better faster and to set up the next day for maximum success.

Do you sometimes feel discouraged about progress, and start to doubt your chances of success?

In this episode, I show you the strategic 13 questions I and my top pro athletes ask ourselves each morning to ensure the day is won.

If you want to DOMINATE your sport, you must learn how to use the right questions to get what you want.

Go to imnotyou.com/podcast to get the pdf with all of these questions there for you.

Feb 12, 2016

How did you feel the last time you had a horrible game or performance?

I could bet it wasn't an emotion like "confident", "dominant", or any other positive empowering emotion.

If you want to consistently play your best, you've got to get yourself to FEEL the right ways, consistently.

In this episode, I show you how to feel any way you'd like, in 60 seconds or less. Yup, it's that easy.

Feb 9, 2016

Have you ever considered giving up on something you want, because you think it may not be possible?

Feb 5, 2016

By outside circumstances that seem to be holding you back that are out of your control?

What if I told you that this emotion that is the end to most peoples efforts, can serve as FUEL to help you get results, faster?

In this episode, I break down how to use this emotion to get you what you want, with speed.

I use a new formula that easily converts undesirables into action. Check it out.

In the interview, I interview 13-year-old #imnotyou athlete Alexis Kemp. Alexis is a straight A student, a superstar softball pitcher, and she knows exactly what she wants in life.

In this episode, I interview I’m Not You Athlete and All American fullback and linebacker Monquel Glasow.

This kid has an incredible story and shows how to really overcome adversity and create your own reality, regardless of the cards you’ve been dealt with.

Homeless at the age of 13, without the guidance of his birth father, and deep into drugs and gangs, it appeared that Monquel’s fate had been set.

But with some key decisions, an introduction to a new sport in football that he felt in love with, and desire to NEVER go back to his old lifestyle, he has since excelled.

He is a junior at Marist High School in Eugene, OR, is an honour student, and now an all American. He is bet g scouted by schools all around the country and is making an incredible impact on his family.

I want you to listen to this guys values. His beliefs. His guidelines. His standards. If he can rise up and succeed in his situation, what is possible for you?

I am confident that there will be many touched by this guys story, and make sure you use it to start taking action towards the goals you want to achieve.

Jan 22, 2016

In this episode, I show you how to handle and master the emotions that stop more progress than anything...FEAR.

Uncertainty. Fear. Not being sure about what will happen.

How often have you been "nervous", "doubtful", "fearful" and let that affect what you did about your situation? Let that affect how you played?

If you don't learn how to deal with the unknown, you'll piss away any chance you have at success and end up just like 99% of people...unhappy, lots of regrets, and making excuses.

Find out how to deal with FEAR, and conquer it in this episode.

Jan 20, 2016

Have you ever had a tough workout haunt you for the whole day?

Have you ever had your Butt kicked by a workout and regret not giving your all at the end?

Do you have a hard time getting amped up for tough workouts and training sessions?

If you play sports at all, you are not exempt from any of these. But this does not mean it's ok. The cost of not going hard in tough workouts is too high for you to ignore. This is how average athletes become great...by pushing themselves through that WALL.

In this episode, I show you how to do that. Here are a few of the things I cover:

-the simple 10-second pre-exercise routine that will prime you for success
-a visualization technique to make hard workouts seem easy
-how to properly set goals before workouts

Check it out and start taking your workouts to the next level.

Jan 15, 2016

In this episode, I show you how to use the often "toxic" emotion of hate to get the very thing that eludes most athletes...SUCCESS.

Think about it...How many things really tick you off....make you mad...and you do nothing but try to be "positive" about it and let it go? And then what do you do about it? Nothing...

I will show you how to use hate to get you to finally take action, through a powerful visualization exercise that will be sure to ignite the fire inside of you. Take a listen.

Jan 8, 2016

In this episode, I break down how to handle criticism...you know, when you're coach, teammate, or person in the media says something about your game that you don't like...

So how do you respond? Does it get under your skin? Does it make you play worse? Do you soak in negative emotions for a week after one comment from someone?

I show you how to handle criticism in an aggressive and beneficial way.

Jan 2, 2016

In this episode, I break down one of the most important skills you can master as an athlete... Just think: How many games have been won or lost because of emotion?

In this episode, I interview Dylan Leonard, a freshman basketball player at Cal State San Bernardino. We talk about what has made him successful, what he struggles with most, how visualization has changed his career, and why he used to blame his coaches for his lack of success. This kid earned himself a scholarship on his own, and plays at a high level with type 2 diabetes. He's an example of what it means to have the I'm Not You mentality.

Dylan is one of my favorite athletes that I work with in my Sports Results Coaching program, where I coach and train athletes how to develop the habits, the strategies and mindset necessary to DOMINATE. If you are interested in having me as your coach and seeing the results that Dylan has been able to see, go to imnotyou.com/src.
