Having a plan is well and fine, but you still will feel some doubt, anxiety and even fear towards executing the plan, the prospects of failure, and even the prospects of success. If you're not careful, you'll end the next year with nothing accomplished but a well written plan. The key is to find just what your true motivations are: the reasons why you must accomplish this goal. Most posture and proclaim a bunch of noble and corny reasons, doing nothing to generate energy and action… this wont be us. In this episode, I teach you how to lock into your dark side motivations, the selfish and animalistic motivations that everyone ignores, but the most dominant keep close to them.
